Hello!

I can't for the life of me recall the title (and therefore the coinciding link) to a story. I beg for your help!

All I can remember is that Harry and Severus were brothers who eventually had to go live with Tobias Snape. I'm fairly sure it took place in, before, or during the fifth book but before the sixth. This is because Tobias was the good parent out of the two and Eileen was out globetrotting, as she and Tobias had planned on doing before Severus had been born.

If I recall correctly she had popped in and out of her husband and sons life and never even told Tobias that he had a second son.

I think there was a couple (two? Three?) stories to it, at least two but no more than four if even that many, with one of them eventually leading to Tobias becoming a Hogwarts professor that was called ... Captain I think. Because he had been in the military (marines?). Something other than 'Professor Snape' anyway for obvious reasons. I don't think that one was completed though, or at least it wasn't the last time I read it.

That's all I can remember at the moment, but I'll try to dredge up some more to possibly help. Thanks in advance for your help!

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is still my One True Anime Love after 14 eps. I can't help it; each time I watch a new episode, I'm utterly stunned with how amazing it is. I wait for Sunday evening every week. Two things make me terribly sad though:

- THERE ARE STILL NO SUBS FOR EP 15! I've been refreshing fm_alchemist and Tokyo Toshokan since yesterday's evening. There is a Swedish sub already but still no English :(( Waah! :(( You get used to the good things very fast, don't you? Subbers have been doing such an amazing job with FMA:B that when we have to wait a day or two now, it looks waaaaay too long.

- with the speed they are going, the anime is bound to catch up with the manga pretty soon. So I wonder which option will be chosen: a filler arc or a long break between season 1 and season 2? I like both worse but I'm afraid something like that will be inevitable.

Am reading Naruto *waves to gossymer* Am on chapter 157 currently. Still not in love but rather interested. Especially interested in when I'll see that there's something to like in Gaara *waves to lyssaphra* Not in love yet mainly because of the drawing. As I said, I want manga to be drawn in a way to make me want to take a character to bed. Even the best-looking of the Ninja so far are too scruffy for my tastes. Also, now I hope the big story will pick up. I need something more than a sequence of fights to keep me going.

About 30 degrees Centigrade in Moscow is worse than 40 by the sea. The city is melting. It feels like there's no air and I was sweaty and suffocating when I went to visit a friend -- at bloody 9 in the evening, back at midnight. So I'm planning to spend tomorrow inside by the fan :D

Okay, perhaps it's just me, but did anyone else get a nice slashy chill down their spine while watching the HBP trailers?  The scene in particular that had be saying YUM! out loud was the outside shot of Draco simply pulling down the blind in the compartment on the train!  Harry was not even in the shot, though we know he's in there and what's about to canon-happened, but to the slashy-H/Dshipping-fanon mind, it was the beginning of something deliously naughty!  Harry lying on the floor helpless; Draco fit to do whatever he pleases to him with no one around...YUM!  Am I the only one that had a moment?  That was hot!  If I could make an icon just out of that shot, I would...alas I'm not talented in that sort of way!  Oh well.  Hope I don't break my husband's hand in the theatre tomorrow night when I see that part on the big screen!LOL

Anyway, thought I'd share.  Mods if this is inappropriate, I apologize and please feel free to delete.
